The Fiddler’s Jamboree has long been one of the most recognized events in this part of the country, and it’s going on right in our own backyard. It’s an honor for DTC TV to present this event in its entirety, as we strive to continue to bring the absolute best programming to our subscribers.  In addition to the live coverage on myDTC3 – which is Channel 3 on the DTC TV service – DTC will also web-stream the Fiddler’s Jamboree live at www.DTCcom.net. Viewers from all around the world will be able to access the internet and watch all the dancing, picking and grinning.  DTC TV will have the entire event, from kick-off to sign-off, with no interruptions, both on our TV service and via the internet.

Each year the staff of WCTE travels to Smithville for the Fiddlers’ Jamboree. Hosted by WCTE’s Becky Magura and guest host Steve Boots, the WCTE staff provides live coverage beginning Friday evening at 8:30 and Saturday afternoon at 3:00. As the old saying goes…”it ain’t over ’til it’s over” and that goes for their coverage on both nights as well! Join them either on the square in Smithville or on the air the weekend closest to the 4th of July for the best in bluegrass competition!
